One thing I would add is a well-equipped first aid kit, ideally something along the lines of a First Responder kit. I was trained and issued such kits when I was employed as a police officer and EMT. Now that I am retired, I have purchased such kits and keep one in the house, and in each vehicle.

Thank you so much!

Yes, faith in God and wisdom to be prepared.

1. I would add that a water purification system, even a small one is important.

2. In addition: small buckets, and spare plastic trash bags.

I suggest two colors — color code and label for toilet use, and color code/label for clean water.

The trash bags can be used to line buckets to use as a toilet since toilets will not flush without electricity due to the water pump not working. Used grocery bags also work.

3. Kerosene lamps and kerosene lamp fuel. Batteries do not last forever…

4. Personally, if I lived in the city, I would have a backpack pre-filled with snacks, small water purifier, down vest and jacket, spare wool socks and underwear, insulated leather gloves, small squirt bottle, one can use as a bidet, and tissues in packets.

Wool can be worn longer than other materials, is easily washable, and dries quickly.

5. If someone has a Well, they can buy a special narrow, long, well bucket in order to get water out of their well if the electricity goes out for an extended period of time.

6. You may have mentioned this, but I think a bandanna is very important. For the neck, and for the head. Hats can blow off or get brushed off in woody areas, whereas bandannas do not.

Other than that…/

Decent list, but I'd add a 6-pak of butane lighters. You'll need them for the candles and for the fire in the fireplace.

As civilization disintegrates and the digital CBDC mark of the beast system is implemented people will need to have support networks established to survive in an underground economy. Paper money will be worthless so people will need to prepare to use real money which is gold & silver. Stock up on supplies that are necessities and can be used for barter.
